If you live within our current coverage area (which at this time is the Metropolitan Washington DC area and suburbs), you can contact TechnoWitchy to have someone come to your home and help you with all your computer problems (whither you have one yet or not!). Below is a partial list of services we offer:

Help you decide what computer/parts/software to buy, based on what your needs and desires are, not what the salesperson's monthly goal is! (TechnoWitchy does not sell, or work for anyone who sells, any computers or parts, but we do try to keep current on where to find the best prices!)
Help you learn to use various components and software on your computer, learn to maintain your own computer in optimal working order, and to know when it's time to upgrade.
When it is time for an upgrade, TechnoWitchy can even teach you how to do the upgrade yourself - usually for less than it would have cost to take the computer in to the shop, and you don't have the inconvenience of being without your computer for days or weeks!

Plus, if a situation ever arises where TechnoWitchy can't solve the problem right away, first, we will work with you, showing how to look for answers from various sources and discount the time spent searching by 50%! If we can't find the answer in a timely manner while looking with you, you will receive an extra hour of our time to use at a later date on whatever computer related assistance you need, in addition to us contacting you as soon as possible with the solution, also free! BUT, just so people aren't playing "stump TechnoWitchy" just to get free use of our time, this offer is limited to one free hour every 6 months, though the rest of the offer stands any time it happens.

So, by now, you must realize that all this fantastic help must come with a price and wonder what it is? To make it easy on everyone, the price for TechnoWitchy help is $60/hr, including travel time up to 30 minutes in each direction. If you live more than 30 minutes from the TechnoWitchy service provider who will be helping you, you will be billed for $15 for each additional part of 30 minute increment thereafter. Considering how much an hour of labor at a computer store can cost, it's easy to see how quickly TechnoWitchy saves you money when you learn to do it yourself! Grand Opening Special: 1/2 off our time - yes, only $30/hr - for the first 10 customers willing to provide a testimonial and be open to the possibility of serving as a reference for later customers! Our other special, which will continue past the first 20 customers, is a 25% discount on the first hour of service to those who live within walking distance of a TechnoWitchy provider (currently, this area is only Eastern Leesburg, Virginia, and will be changing to be offered to those living at the same apartment complex as Ahmie and Garvin in mid-March). Yes, this means that if you are one of the first 20 customers AND live within walking distance, your first hour of help is only $22.50!!!

(Please note: one service we do not offer is teaching you to write computer programs. Having us teach you this would be a waste of your money and our time, if you are interested in learning programming there are many courses available at local community colleges for which we would be happy to provide you information. Learning to program takes time and repetition, and the colleges can offer you a better value than we can!)
